Before and After: Upgrade Under $50

I swapped the vinyl vinyl vertical blinds with curtains for less than $50! 

Tip: Extend the curtain rod 12" on each side to frame the window and hang the curtain rod at least 6" above the window to make it look bigger.

House Tour: Pole Barn Home


Some of you may have seen my Facebook post with photos of a pole barn home I recently sold in Bluegrass. I've always liked pole barn homes (AKA barndominiums), but had no idea how many others did until reading the comments!

Construction: Graber Post Buildings

Square Footage: 2,000

Bedrooms: 2 (Potential for 3)

Bathrooms: 1

Flooring: Epoxy

Baseboards: PVC 

Ceiling: Metal
